Group Sessions
Group Trapped Emotion sessions are especially helpful when taking a break between Packages, Regular Full sessions or when Finances are challenged. This helps the body maintain balance while in between and offered weekly Wednesday evenings.
We can hold as many as 365 TE’s at any given time. Emotions unprocessed and stuck in the system, tend to lodge in an area of weakness or injury, distorting the energy field (this includes Strokes and Concussions) slowing down the process, making it more difficult to recover. It’s for this reason the body weakens, breaks down and why I offer these for clients in-between. It helps the body maintain balance as a whole.

- Trapped emotions are frequencies generated by the Organs and Glands in response to stress, an experience, a negative thought, or imbalance in the body.
- Negative emotions are generally influenced by what is happening in the moment, and can become stuck if not able to process
